We are twin sisters and self-taught chefs, and we’ve created a space together which speaks for us and our love of food.
Housed in an original Cape heritage building, with a balcony bookended by orange trees, Between Us shimmers: immaculate flavours, ethereal flower displays, hand-thrown ceramics, curated artworks . . .
and yet there is a quiet elegance to it all.
A place where the food is consistently spectacular and the environment familiar but ever-surprising.
We work closely with the farmers, fishermen and growers themselves to create menus focused on sustainability and seasonality.
Here we merge ethical practises with unfussy food you want to eat every day – all with beautiful simplicity and integrity.
Between us is an all day affair: breakfast in the morning sun, leisurely lunches with friends, a family dinner, or late night tête-à-tête at the bar.
